I am mum to a nearly 5 year old and have a 3 week old. I have just joined mfp and looking for new friends plus looking for support and motivation with having a new baby it is most welcome, i dont know many mums as most of my friends have no children.
All the hints, tips and support would be most welcome

Hi! I'm a mum to a nearly 5 year old, a 3 year old, and a 2.5 week old. I lost 67lbs after my 2nd, and despite exercising through pregnancy this time, I still have a few pounds to shift.
I'm back at the gym in July, and I'll just be going for walks until then. I haven't started logging my food yet. I had a stomach bug all weekend and still don't feel great, so I'm just eating what I can.0 -
I havent started to go back to the gym yet either as i had a section and been told to wait 12 weeks so just walks for me. i have just started to watch what im eating and hoping for the best just now without the exercise0
