Yeah I mainly use it on my moblie, every so often checking the forum to see whats new.
Currently changed goals, loosing fat while putting on lean muscle.0 -
I'm here too, although I have been AWOL for the past 2-4 weeks!! Need to get back at it! :happy:0

It's a shame the mobile app doesn't have any access to the message boards, always good to visit when motivation is a bit low!
