My BMI finally hit 25! This is the top end of the healthy range and completely uncharted territory for me! Think I'll celebrate with some new clothes!

    Fantastic! Congrats!

    I am hovering with it....have been for a month. I ended up going up almost 10 pounds with water and have just gotten back to my 162. If I could stay away from the carbs maybe I'll be able to join you later this week...2 lbs will get me there!

    That's really exciting. Well done!!! I have a long way to go (was 52 and just got under 40) but it is really great to see the BMI number going down. Because we tend to check it less often than scales it comes as a nice surprise when you do check.
