Hello everyone!
I'm Miliemilie and I'm a new mom. my son was born 9 weeks ago. Although I lost a lot of weight right after the birth of my LO, I still have 15lb to lose before I reach my pre-pregnancy weight. Actually, I haven't lost any weight at all for the past 6 weeks, so I decided to get back on the saddle to eat better and work out more to reach my goal before the end of the summer. (I will be Matron of honor in a friend's wedding, and I would reallly like to feel good in my body by then!)
Anyway, I look forward talking to you all, sharing fitness tips and supporting each other!
