I haven't had kids activities at night this week and it's been so very much easier to get my calories in. I really need to start saying "no" more often. I was asked to apply for a job today. I'm going to do it. I interned at this company 22 years ago. I would be coming full circle if I get it. My friend Stacie works there and loves it. She doesn't work in finance, but still I would know a couple of people, including the one in finance who asked me to apply. If Michelle thinks I can do it, I think I can do it.0 -

Today was the "Power Lunch Hour" at work---where we try exercise equipment and eat lunch together. I enjoyed a terrible game of ping pong that involved a lot of bending over and chasing the ball! :noway: Also did some jump rope---killer stuff---and hula hooping.
Of course the shake weight was also there---so that was good for some laughter and not much more. :laugh: Good times!!! 0 -

I was doing good on the fasting program until dinner. It was 50cent Sonic corn dog night. My plan was to pick them up for the family and get myself 1 to eat tomorrow. They smelled mighty good....and I ate it. Things got a little out of control for a bit and then I stopped. :huh: I could have easily snowballed into a RED day...:explode: Green is good!0 -

@R_Queenie- I love that power lunch hour has become a regular occurrence. I saw a Sonic commercial last night and was grateful that I no longer live just a block away. We are 15 miles away now.....whew!
