Hi everyone! I'm Deedee I'm 31 and I live in moraine. I've started this journey many times but I've never been so ready and dedicated.. I've been using the app on my phone for a while but I figured it would be good for me to make some like-minded friends through the forum. I have a lot to lose but I'm not obsessing over the scale. I'm just changing how I do things and the hardest part is getting my butt active. I deal with chronic pain daily so that has always been a big roadblock along with my medical issues. I'm now at 335lbs. I have a whole person worth of weight to lose and I'm on it this time no crazy yo-yo diets just lifestyle changes and pushing past pain to get active. I'd love to make local friends to help me be motivated and possibly have workout buddies or accountability and encouragement friends!
