Hi everyone,

My girlfriend's bootcamp instructor sent this out to their group and then she shared it with me. Thought there might be others here who are interested in doing it. Currently I am at day 6. I figure it doesn't really matter when you start but it could be quite good to check in on this thread periodically throughout the month and share motivation and how you're finding it :-)

When I first started I wasn't even sure I could manage 20 seconds but somehow did and now I'm looking at 45 seconds tomorrow.
Be good to hear from you if you're keen!

I'm following a very similar olank challange .. im finding it tough!! Maybe I should plank before doing other work outs like squats etc n I'd hold out longer then 15-20 seconds.. what do you think?

On day 14 here, second round of 90 second planks were slightly easier than the first round on day 12, but ooff, still rough. I started out doing side planks along w/ the regular ones with matching time, but that petered out at 45 secs. Can't seem to get past the 45 sec mark for the side planks, but still keeping on track with the regular ones.

Oh man. Well, this might kill me, but no pain, no gain, right?

I'll give it a try! Key word being 'try' ;)

    Welcome emzyfish :-)
Trying is all any of us can do. If it increases too quickly you can always adapt and stay on the same length of time for longer, I imagine I may be doing that as things progress.

    Nice job yorkshiregoal!

As for me... Day 4 today, 30 seconds done

Day 8: 45 seconds, don't know if that time could have gone any slower! Feeling quite worried about tomorrow.
How is everyone else getting on?

I'm having a bit of trouble getting up to 60 seconds

    Day 9: 24 seconds
Day 10: 55 seconds (nearly there)
