Hi,
I'm quite new to writing on these groups on MFP but am looking for support to keep me motivated in loosing some weight. I don't really have a target but want to feel better about myself being that many pounds (or even stones if i'm lucky) lighter.
Love going to Zumba and pilates classes but don't go as much as i would like as i'm currently working and studying with the Open Uni.
If you would like to be friends, please add me. I'd love to share ideas, tips and words of encouragement to help us shift some pudding :smile:
