Exercise?

How do you new mamas manage to squeeze exercise into your day? Once I've got my baby, my home, myself and everything else all taken care of it seems the day has already come and gone.

I try to walk with the baby and do other exercises when I get a free moment but I can't seem to fit anything into a routine. Any secrets or advice? Thanks :)

    When I had just 1, I was able to squeeze it in after she went down for bed, or she hung out in the swing and watched me as I did a dvd workout.

    So far it's been primarily walking with her in the stroller. I haven't been cleared for exercising yet though.

    I'm thinking of signing up for a class somewhere; then daddy can have some time with her, and I'll get out of the house. I feel like it will be a good motivator. :)

    I put the kids in a double stroller and walk in town. If I go to my parent's, which is almost every day, I try to walk with the kids. I am off for the summer so I walk them to the park Ect.
