Today starts DAY 1 for me.... I've made it to 10 days before with great success... this time I will try for 20.... anyone with me? Any kind of motivation is welcome!

    No follow-ups? Want to hear how the fasts went or are still going.
    Not fasting here but drinking ~28oz of juice from my Breville every day. Had my first Green Ginger Ale today. Very good, but I love my carrots!

    I am on day five of juicing and eating. I start straight juicing tomorrow. I hope to do 30 days but we shall see. I hope to have support and I will be checking in here everyday. I hope everyone checked you in every day too.
