Turbofire and Zumba in same day?

Hi! I have been working out for a little over three weeks now, alternating TurboFire, Biggest Loser workout DVDs, and Zumba live fitness classes. What I am wondering is if anyone knows if it is okay to do a TurboFire workout in the morning and then Zumba class in the evening or is that too much for one day?

If you have the energy I don't see why not. Although I wouldn't make a habit of it. I was doing turbo fire every evening and doing other exercise in the mornings for about a month and I just burned out and ended up not having the energy to go for a walk! I ended up having to take about a week off exercise totally just to recharge.0

Once a week I do a turbo fire workout in the morning and then a kettle bell class in the evening, my instructor told me that there is no need to do both but it's okay as long as I have the energy. I don't double up more than once a week though. :-)0
