Hey Beautiful people..

May is around the corner , lets roll up our sleeves and get some miles under our feet.

so what will be the miles stone this month..

i am sucking at the moment on running, weight and every thing..

so lets help each other by committing to this.

my target for MAY ,

Miles : 100km
weight loss: 4 kg
CW: 92kg

so lets roll....

    It should be minimum 39km a week which works out to 170km a week. If it's a challenge let's make it a 200km challenge. Or make it 100 miles

    Last time I did this, I think I stuck around 20 miles/month. So, let's up it... But I'm moving my entire program this month, plus Special Olympics, so.....

    100 miles done in May so far. All of it running. Half of them barefoot.
