    Having now completed "No weigh in May", I can start actually posting my weigh-ins plus an estimated week 1. I've increased my daily calorie goal now so the weight loss is going to be slower in the coming weeks.

    Week 1: 86.9 kg / 191.6 lbs (estimated)
    Week 2: ???
    Week 3: 84.4 kg / 186 lbs

    That's almost 9 pounds gone in 3 weeks. Going for multiples of 15! My son is in the Air Force Junior ROTC an is going to do the Marine Corps PT workout this summer with the enlisted servicemen here....think I'll join him and see what happens!
