Today is day 5 of cutting out meat and wheat from my diet. I have been strong these past few days and have made excellent food choices/meals. Yesterday though, oh my! I was tempted so bad - cake. I went to a meeting and they had CREAM FILLED CAKE! I am happy to say that I controlled my urge and reminded myself of how that cake came to be - very processed! Here is to making good healthy choices for my mind, body, and soul :drinker:
