June 2014 Goals

My goals... I would like to...

- Get to 164lbs (at last weigh in was 168.6lb)
- Finish the day within my calorie limit at least 5 days a week
- Walk at least 90 minutes 5 days a week
- Complete the June 100 Mile Walking Challenge
- Complete the 30 Day Shred

    My goals for June are:

    * to lose at least 4lbs (preferably more)
    * to do the 30 day black dress challenge http://30dayfitnesschallenges.com/30-day-little-black-dress-challenge
    * To take at least three 30 minute walks per week
    * To try and do some kind of exercise every day

    My Goals for June are
    *Get to 160lbs or less (166 beging of the month)
    *Recover quick from surgery and get back to exercising
    *Play/Exercise more outside with my 2 1/2 year old
    *Drink More water

    My goals for June are:

    - Get at least 4 workouts in a week
    - restart the 30 day shred
    - drink more water every day!
    - stay within my calorie goal 5 days or more a week

    My goals for June:
    -walking/running 2 miles 4-5 days a week
    -drinking more water
    -more sleep/less late night snacking
    -start 30DS
    -**lose 6 lbs (June 1st : 153, End of month goal: 147)

    I'm nearly halfway through June, but these are my goals for the rest of the month:

    *Measure and log everything I eat, even if it puts me over my calorie goal.
    *Workout at least 3 days each week.
    *Drink at least 8 cups of water each day.

    My Goals are to walk a min of 3x a week and bike ride 1x a week

    to log daily and stay under my calories

    to remember to take my vitamins daily
