June is almost upon us and I thought I'd start a goal check in for us.
1. Get out of the 210’s
2. Eat two servings of fruit a day
3. At work walk up at least 7 floors to my office once a day (I work on the 17th floor)
4. Be active 5 days a week
5. Walk/jog with my dog once a day instead of just walking
6. Play tennis twice a week
7. Start T25 Beta phase

Hello everyone. My June goals are:
1. Exercise: Turbo Fire 6 days a week (I won't be mad if I do 4 or 5 though)
2. Nutrition: Stay away from sweets. I can't have just 1 cookie or 1 scoop of icecream. So, this month I am weaning myself off of sugary sweets.
3. I really want to see the scale move this month. I'm working for a 5-10 pound loss.
Good luck everyone. XOXO, T0 -

My main goal is to get out of the 270s. Secondary goal is to avoid random snacking on sweets. I'm a pastry cook at a resort, so this is a lot harder than it sounds.0

I love doing challenges and setting monthly goals for myself!
Missjones513 - good luck with the squat challenge, I am supposed to be doing one myself, squats everyday, rotating weighted and non-weighted workouts
I am also continuing my bicycle crunches everyday, this month is 150 at a time (not so bad if you do 5 sets of 30) and I plan to start making better choices when I eat out, usually I eat what I want within reason but I really need to work on this
Good luck to everyone!0 -
