  • The Food Guidelines for the Summer Nutrition Challenge are posted below. Please feel free to ask questions about the guidelines. If you aren't sure where something fits in, we can help. Also, when you are out shopping, take this list and read labels. There is hidden sugar, wheat and nasty non-food ingredients in things you wouldn't expect. Luckily, you'll probably find other things that aren't as bad as you would have thought.

  • Hey Everyone!

When you start a myfitnesspal account, they tell you how many calories you should be eating and what ratios of carbs, fat and protein you should eat. Please ignore them. They don't know you, your body or how you workout. I want you guys to focus on eating off the list. Make sure you get plenty of protein and fats. Don't worry about calories. As we go along, we'll make adjustments based on how we're feeling and the results we get.
