Good evening, good evening...Or rather, good morning, for those of you who keep regular daytime hours. How's your weekend going so far? Mine is short this week, as I picked up an extra shift. So I am going to do my best to enjoy today as much as I can before heading back to work tomorrow night.

Without further adieu...our numbers are now: 216.05 miles/347.7 kilometers

    So I decided to take my pedometer to work last night to see how far I walk in the run of an 8 hour shift. Below are my results:

    3.27 hrs walked
    6.97 miles walked
    699 cals burned
    2.02 pace
    73 steps/min
    15234 steps walked

    Holy Hannah! Over 15000 steps! That's nuts! I knew I walked a lot, but I had no idea it was that much...lol.

    that's what I really need to do . I walk a lot at work as well and don't log that . I am on my feet 80% of the week ..maybe 90%..

    Hey guys! Sorry, I didn't post the past few days... I was on vacation in Ohio and wasn't able to get around to it, as my phone won't let me go to the groups section for some reason. Today, though:

    6.6 miles - 2 and 1/2 hours - walk!
