What are you doing in addition to moving to lose the weight or maintaining your existing weight? I am doing the 10 Day Green Smoothie Cleanse. (Modified) I am also counting calories and recording my intake because I MUST know what I'm actually eating. The logs help you to analyze why you may have lost weight or why you gained. This site keeps me accountable. I don't do as well when I don't count...

I count calories and use my Fitbit. Works for me so far!!0

I have changed my diet and started to track calories and the right kind of calories, thanks to my fitbit. I have set up a routine of cardio, hiit and weight lifting to lose fat and tone up. It has been working great so far. The hardest part for me is the food... but I'll survive Nietzsche style!0

i have a vivofit (similar to a fitbit) to keep me moving throughout the day since i have a desk job, i make it to the gym most days, and i'm tracking my food intake here on mfp. i'm also doing body weight workouts found at neilarey.com (just finished day 10 of the core challenge) and try to sneak in little things that take a minute or so throughout the day (a set of reps with dumbbells or my new stretchy band thing, or maybe some planks or crunches, or dancing with my kids).0
