    But yes. My knee is not doing too hot today and I wasn't able to do much on the treadmil. My elliptical should be here in a few days. I may not make it to 50 because of my knee, but it's better than making my knee worse.

    I sprained it a couple years ago and it's just still messed up sometimes. Once in a while it just tweaks weird and gets sore.
