Hi! My name is Marianne, I thought I would introduce myself. I'm due with my 3rd baby on 12/7. I gained waaaay too much weight with my first two (son is 6 1/2 daughter is just about 4) I figured I would try to track my calories so I don't end up over doing it and feeling depressed after. I go to the gym around 4 days a week. Before I was pregnant I did a workout similar to crossfit, but since the pregnancy came around, and an active hernia I had to put the weights down all together. Now I am mostly doing spin class, zumba, and once a week I do a step class. I'm hoping to hang in there as long as I can with all of my classes. Looking forward to getting to know everyone as we take this journey together!!!

welcome! I am also pregnant with my 3rd. I have a 4yr old girl and 17month old boy. I am due Jan 5 2015. I'm curious to see when he/she will actually come. JAnuary or December? I haven't been logging this pregnancy. I didn't log with my daughter and I gained 50lbs (yikes) I lost all the weight PLUS and additional 20lbs by the time she was 18months, maintained up until I got pregnant with my son when she was 2yrs old. I tracked every single calorie with him and exercised like a mad dog. lol. I still gained 34lbs with him and had a hard time losing the weight afterwards. My son was just 15months old when I found out I was pregnant so I still had about 3-5lbs left until I hit my pre-pregnant weight. I am currently 9 1/2 weeks along and I have not been tracking calories or exercising regularly, I will start though (exercising that is) I haven't gained any weight yet. I'm hoping to just gain 25-30lbs this time around. If I see I start gaining ridiculously, I will start tracking, but until then, I kinda like not worrying about calories. LOL Don't get me wrong, I still watch what I eat. I don't eat flour bread (I eat only the Ezekiel kind), I try to limit pasta, if I do eat it, I use organic whole wheat. and just stuff like that. I do have days where I eat nothing but junk food, but I balance it out with eating healthy other days with no cheats. So far i'm really enjoying this pregnancy. I was so sick in the beginning with nausea and food aversions, but I feel fantastic now. Feel free to add me. I log online everyday, maybe I will start tracking too to make sure I eat the recommended calories ))0

Welcome! And congrats! I'm pregnant with my second(due 1/29). I haven't worked out as regularly as I used to, but I'm hoping to get some energy back soon! I still log my food everyday. Feel free to add me!0

Congrats on your pregnancy and welcome to the group!
I am pregnant with my second and due July 10th.
I have also gained like crazy with my first (55 lbs) and it took me almost 2 years to lose them.
This time around I am counting my calories and have been walking and keeping active all throughout my pregnancy. I have gained almost 27 lbs but I am happy with my progress.
