I'd be happy with 5, but that is me with my screwy body. So for a start, work up to a one-mile a day walk, anywhere! Put the kidling in the stroller and walk around the park, parking lot, whereever. Find YouTube and look up routines such as Tae Bo, La Blast, Belly Dance, etc, then buy a dvd or two and get staryted!

  • I'm in. For cardio/weight loss I'm trying to do some jump rope, which luckily my knees allow. I'm also doing some pike drills for cardio (which I know sounds silly, but honestly gets my heart rate up).
