Any Good Pcos diet/fertility books?

Im looking for a good book to read about pcos diet & getting pregnant....trying to get to healthy weight (140lbs) before we start trying and im really anxious to get there. I know it might be a struggle even if i am at a health weight but we hope it helps make it a little easier emotionally if i am health. Help advice? any good books that helped?
