I started the 20 week TurboFire program last Monday. I made it through my first week relatively unscathed. I lost 7 pounds and 2 inches. However during the oh so amazing 40 minute stretch (intense Yoga) I, against my better judgment, did a curl up. You are flat on your back hug your knees to your chest and roll up to a sitting position. The bone that you roll on doing that is like my Achilles heel since a car accident. I woke up this morning hurting like something else. My muscles feel great I feel stronger but my lower back is killing me. I am determined to finish this program and I want to start training for a half marathon in a few weeks. I am going to push through tonight but I am going to do some modifiers.

Anyone else do TurboFire, Insanity, T25, P90X ect?
