I just started this group to see if anyone was interested in a local group for providing motivation with their goals.

    Never heard of Danway.... I always thought I was Fox River Valley up in Elgin.... :)

    It is goofy, I am not from Danway, I am from Marseilles, but for some reason it keeps switching it to Danway. Marseilles is 5 miles from Ottawa where the Fox River and Illinois River merge.

    Ahhhh that explains it... I suppose it is a long river. :)

    Yep, we usually canoe down it starting in Yorkville. It is a good time.

    We did a canoe trip down it once around there somewhere too... We talk all the time if doing it again but we weren't the planners of the trip and never remember the place that we rented from. It was fun!!
