My food went fine. This combo of foods actually left me lots of room calorie-wise, although I keep exceeding my sodium levels. I did day 11 of the ab challenge, 25 knee push-ups, and 2 side planks. I also did my daily pell work and short pike drill. I increased my jump rope to do more sets and have about 8 minutes of intervals. For June 12, I'm on my day off from the strength training and am taking the day off of everything other than the pell and pike work. Because of this, I'm worried I'm going to exceed the calories for the day, but I'll just have to hit it tomorrow.0
