Well, is is Monday in my neck of the woods...so it begins!!! Let me see what kind of work-out I can get in at work....like walking 'x' amount of steps during my lunch break (have my Fitbit on)....then when I get home........will let you know!!!0

Day 1 done!!! 4 mile run this morning. It wasn't fast, but I didn't take any walk breaks!0

Just finished a 28 minute walk on the treadmill! Day 1 DONE!0

35 minutes on the elliptical; 6473 steps so far on my vivofit and it's only noon where i live, so i should make it to 10,000 by bedtime.0

20 minute walk this morning. this afternoon I did 45 min on elliptical and if I rally I'm going downstairs for an arm workout. (and I'm not logging the walk into calories) BUT my 20 min is in for day one.. high 5..0
