Actually, we just started. But we go on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 - 6 am. Then on Saturdays and Sundays we plan to go walk at other parks and trails around Birmingham and outlying areas. My hope is to have fun. On Mon. Wed. Fri. We swim. But as I get into shape, I would like to do a lot of different sports. Like tennis, hiking with groups, basketball, and entering a 5k would be great. This is going to be a long road for me because I have 135 lbs to lose. But I think that if I make it something I enjoy then maybe I will stick with it. What is your plan for exercise?0

I do not have a specific plan. I did three weeks of Dr Ians Super Shred and lost the 13 pounds. Right now its just portion control, limit fast food and exercise when I feel like it. I have the Shred 27 DVD that works really well as well as jazzercise and yoga cds. I was walking at memorial daily because the Dr says I must every day but my walking partner moved. I would like to get a daily regimen back in place. A 5k goal sounds like a plan. Looking forward to reaching our goals!!0
