Gluten Free & Egg Free

Anyone else? I'm having a harder time adjusting to egg free than I did gluten free. A lot of gluten free baking mixes still use eggs and breakfast is a hassle.

For medical reasons, I am on a gluten free diet with limited dairy and eggs. You can use 1Tbsp ground flaxmeal mixed with 3 Tbsp water as a replacement for 1 egg. Yesterday, I made a gluten, dairy and egg free pizza crust using this subsitution; I've also used this subsitution in making gf pancakes. Hope this helps

I use ener-G egg replacer in baking, it's worked well so far.

Chocolate covered Katie has lots and lots of "alternative desserts", none of which have eggs or dairy, and many of which are gluten free. I find her recipes to incredibly easy to tailor to your needs.
