To all you ladies going through the menopause and dont want to take HRT like myself, I thought I would tell you what I take.
Its a cream from Wellsprings. The one I bought first was called Serenity. Its all natural. I was skeptical at first, but it worked
. After about 1 week I found my flushes, especially at night, weren`t as bad. Then very few. I used this cream until it started coming back, about 6 months later:sad: . So upgraded to Twenty one cream. Its for when the other cream isn't working as well. I don't have any flushes now:happy: . I am also finding my libido hasn't totally vanished since taking the cream:blushing: . Its getting better:blushing: . Also I am able to control my weight loss:happy: .

Glad to say I think I am coming out of menopause as far as the hot flushes are concerned....Thankfully :-):happy:0
