I have no idea how to do this, but I thought we might as well start a group.

As of Monday I will limit my alcohol consumption at weekends only! No more wine for me during the week.

I do hope I won't be alone.

    I wont be able to drink on Fri or Sat - my wife is away so I shouldnt drink in case I need to drive the kids to hospital or something similarly unlikely.
