Please share a NSV from your week.

I am new to the group so this may be a bit bold but I would like to start a Fabulous 40 Something Friday Feature- sharing a NSV from the week

My NSV this week- I felt great the two days I got up early and went to the gym before work, or maybe it is that I got up 2 days to go to the gym! :happy:

    I know this is a NSV post, but I am pleased that I lost 3 pounds this week in spite of a lack of exercise and going to a wedding out of town. That is the result of better eating (not clean eating--got a lot of work to do on that).

    Congratulations you! 3 pounds is great!

    My very latest NSV is that I just turned down a Dilly bar to save calories for a dinner out with my husband tonight. I am learning to budget time, money, and calories :smile:

    NSV Friday 7-18-14

    The IT guy followed me up the stairs and said at the top, "You've lost weight!"
    A little creepy when written out, but awesome in the moment.

    Finally got my knees shots after 4 months of waiting, on the road to recovery!

    Ran a whole 1/4 mile without passing out. Not bad for someone who hasn't run for almost 6 months due to medical issues. Can't wait to make it a whole mile. #StillGotIt.

    A NSV of a different sort...my "diet" foods keep disappearing, because my family likes the healthy stuff!
