It's the 10th day of continuous movement. Reward yourself today by going an extra 10 minutes! I am sincerely proud of each one of you for making this group successful!!! Let's continue to move and encourage one another. EVERY day I log on, I am so encouraged by your hard work and honesty when you just don't feel like moving! I get it! I know how you are feeling. I am loving the extra challenges that some of you are taking on. I will begin July 1st doing the squats challenge. As we work out, let's not forget to work our muscles. Remember muscles help burn fat so let's do the cardio and strength training too. I will be pulling out my 2lbs weights next week during my walks.

Morning to all of you (night time here!), I got over 10,000 steps in today so i am happy! Did some stair climbing too. Hope you all have a great day!0

Went for a 6 1/2 mile power walk this morning and finished in 91 minutes!

Challenge called due to rain. honest... I didn't think it was a good idea to stand in an open driveway with a hand-hoe metal rod in my hands when the clouds raced in and the wind kicked up.. but I did a whole 20 minutes (I was aiming for 60) and burned 156 calories.. another day another dollar0

hello everyone! i put in some extra time on the elliptical this morning and just finished day 25 of the core challenge (and am looking forward to starting the squat challenge on 1 july!). i'll have over 10K steps in by the end of the day; i think i did over 12K yesterday because i went to a baseball game and did some extra walking. see you all tomorrow on day 11!0
