I did this one today! It was so hard, I wanted to quit so badly but I didn't. 60 min HIIT cardio, abs, and obliques. Curse you tabata.

You go girl! Great goal and I'm sure you'll get there. Also remember that you can always take a short extra break and pause the video when you need to
I still can't believe how much fitter I got already thanks to their workouts (e.g. I went from being able to do only 10 girl push-ups to 22 in just two months which is absolutely amazing to me, especially since my right shoulder is one of my 'problem areas').

I have problems with my right shoulder and hamstring so I do the posture and the short hamstring workouts each three times a week on alternating days in addition to my regular workout hoping it'll help...
