            Thanks for keeping the post going while I was on vacation. I'm doing some "housekeeping" tasks with my challenges, so now I think I'm all caught up. Month's almost over!!0

 So far so good. Been eating dinner an hour later than I used to. It helps keep me from getting hungry during the remainder of the evening or just before bed. Another thing I do if I start feeling like a snack's a good idea is I drink a glass or two of water. It's amazing to me how that often cures the hungries.0
