It's Saturday and the last day of the week! What are your plans for today? Remember, to keep moving. If you go to the mall, park far away so that you can get those extra steps. It's the little things that count towards your goal.

    I walked a mall!!! Wore my walking shoes...but at least I did move!!!! Have a GREAT day all!!!

    Woke up with an Hangover. My first ever!!! My head weighted 1 ton! :sad:
    Drank lots of water, black coffee and watermelon, and by 14h I was almost 100% recovered.
    Went for a 35min walk and some sunbathing.

    Did 6 miles today. I started by running 1.5 miles, then walked .25 (uphill), then ran the rest to 6 miles. It was pretty hot outside, but I did it!!!
