I haven't lost anything this week yet, but I also haven't weighed in yet today.

I gained .4 but I attribute that to drinking a LOT of water yesterday and to being at our "city home" and not eating properly. I'm at my "country home" now and am back on track this morning.
* My DH is in grad school, thanks to Veterans Affairs. We have a small apt near where he's going to school. When I'm there, it's harder to eat healthier, because I'm mostly veg when I'm at the country home. When I'm at the city home, there's a lot of poultry, but it's often covered in rich and sodium laden sauces.0 -
Well, I'm at the same weight, but dropped two inches from my hips. Waist stayed the same, but last time I measured, waist had dropped two inches and hips were holding steady. So two inches off each, and two lbs lighter than when I started. Still doing some light strength training exercises and pell work. The last two days I've started jogging. We'll see how this goes!0
