What's for LUNCH?!

For me, lunch can be the biggest struggle of the day. Whether it's finding a healthy option during the week, or even finding time to squeeze in a good meal on the weekends, lunch has been a bit of a challenge for me over the last few months. For many of us, lunch is a time crunch in the middle of the work day, and making decisions on the fly can lead to some not-so-good choices. I work from home and STILL struggle with this!

What are you doing to stay on track for lunch every day?

    I love chicken sausage from trader joes, I will usually make them with a veggie ( my favorite combo is with bell peppers and onions). Another good options are turkey burgers with veggies, shredded chicken mixed with guacomole and salsa. Always think protein and veggies for lunch...it will keep you on track.
