 week 4: 174 - husband on vacation, a lot of activity, guessing i lost in week 3 and that gain was just from the sodium the last meal before the morning weigh in--weigh in's are truly on wednesdays. see how it all levels out this week...

            I thought this was going to be "easy" but I completely underestimated the travel challenges. I spent 3 weeks visiting family, eating late, and unable to plan my meals. I tried, which is what kept me from gaining too much but I'm back and basically starting over. Gotta get back in the swing of things!0
