Stay the course is my advice to myself and to all of you! It is EASIER to go back to the status quo, but don't give up! You are moving consistently and your body is reaping the results. If you fall off, don't stop! Just jump back on and keep moving.

    Hi you all,

    Today I started my day with a 0.5lbs loss in the scale. :bigsmile:

    So happy, I immediately dressed up to the gym and exercised with another energy, but damn I'm sore :laugh:

    Tomorrow I don't know if I'll have time to exercise, since I'll be traveling back home (from Istanbul to Lisbon).
    If not, I promise to walk a lot in the airport while checking the Dutty Free merchandise :laugh:

    I woke up 2 pounds lighter. I am so happy!!! I got up early before the heat and walked 2 miles. I will do another walk later today. I'm trying to get my metabolism on fire!!! lol

    mission aborted, but I got in all 20 minutes. I was biking to the bank and hit construction... I figured it was smartest and safest to turn around... AND I made it all the way up my hill.. burned 167 cals .

    I felt better today so I went out early and completed 5 miles run/walk. I came home and cooled off for about half an hour. Next, I completed Day 2 of the 30 Day Shred Level 1. Boy I really did feel this workout! It was tough, but I got it done! ....and it's not even 9:00 AM yet! :happy:

    great job, y'all! i woke up a bit lighter (back to where i was a few days ago...!). i didn't go to the gym today but took a nice walk around my neighborhood this morning before i got stuck in meetings all day. i completed day 2 of my squats and plank challenges and am darting around my house, trying to get my 10,000 steps in without waking my kids. :)
