Daily Water Intake

Okay, so I mentioned on the "HULLO" thread that I use an app on my phone that calculated how much water I should drink each day, and I found this website that gave me the same amount, but was much more thorough with its questions. Feel free to give it a click! Keeping hydrated is a MAJOR way to stop being tricked in to thinking that you are hungry and binging. Post your intake here! I'm recommended for 101 oz (or 3 liters) a day! I'm on liter FOUR today lol ;)

What app are you using? I try to just log in on here but it's hard to keep track of how much water I drink? Having an app might be a good idea.

I agree. I like that water helps break down fat but having to go to the restroom a lot can annoying.

I went to my doctor today and asked him about this. He stated that eventually your body will get used to the water intake if you keep it up and you will not have to use the restroom so much. In the beginning it will be that way b/c your body is flushing out it's system. Pretty cool when you think about it.

A good rule of thumb is 2 oz of water per pound that you weigh. I don't think I could ever drink that much though LOL.
