Whats the verdict on Progenex recovery powder during the challenge?

    Some are using supplements, some are not. Strict Whole30 is no supplements, but if you're using something and seeing good results, it's fine.

    During the last challenge i lost 5 out of 8 pounds as muscle. i'm definitely using progenex throughout the challenge, even if it is not whole 30 approved.
