Has anyone done the Flying Pirate Half Marathon in the Outer Banks? It looks like a lot of fun and I'm considering it for next spring but I don't know that I can bring myself to register yet for something that's 9 months away. :)

    No I missed it by a day!! Was very disappointed as it looked fun - my family had booked a trip there and I really had no idea where I was going but after they booked it I saw the 1/2 and given how far it was from the airport there was no way it was gonna happen. I would totally love it I had a great time running on the beach that week.
