Rejoining this group!

Hi, I'm Lynn, and I totally belong in this group.

I lost about 10 lb from cutting wheat from my diet (I have an intolerance). However, I'm flabby. Definitely NOT in shape.

A little about me - I'm 5'5" tall and weigh about 125 lb. Flabby around the midsection.

Time to shape up!

    Hi Welcome Back!

    I've recently cut out gluten for my autoimmune disorder. It's tough. I've found some good alternatives though. I really like baking with coconut flour and you can make muffins, pancakes, waffles and biscuits with it. They taste great.
