Piyo logging

How is everybody logging their piyo? I have been using yoga but I think it should be a little more than that.

    I never log my workouts.

    I create my own exercise and once I find my HR Monitor *just moved* I will log what it says I burned

    I was wondering the same thing. I do have a HR monitor, so I'll punch it in some way or another.

    I've been logging it as Yoga. If I actually burn more, I figure that'll just help me toward my goals (bonus calories)!

    I've been logging it as Pilates because I think pilates burns a bit more than yoga. I do plan on wearing my HR monitor one of these days and getting a more accurate reading though.

    I wore mine today (20 mins, Lower Body Define) and only burned 53 calories ... it was a really short workout, though.
