Proof of Motherhood...

Excuse the whinge... I have struggled with my weight for nearly 5 years now since having my child. Regardless of what i do, my mummy tummy doesnt go!
I am miserable! i have tried cutting junk/eating healthily, eating clean, weightwatchers (2 types) slimming world, calorie cutting, ketogenic, 5:2 and whatever i do i cant get passed a certain figure on the scales, and i can tone legs and bum easily enough but the stomach WILL NOT GO! i take a break put on weight, try again.
Now been to doctors, have been put on low fat diet with pills. Have now hit that magic figure (to the exact point), and although happy i lost the weight, i am now in a bad mood as it is THAT weight again.
CF is great, and its the most enjoyable sport i have done, I have even forked out for a 'home gym' to work out at home (single working mother = lack of babysitters). Is there ANYTHING i can do to get rid of the stomach and the hips before i lose the will to live..?
Doctor had said i was getting obsessed with weight (quite true) and has made me promise not to get on scales at home (difference in scales) and i only see her once every 2 weeks, my next app is 18th July and i am in such a bad mood waiting to see if the scales say anything different and if her tape measure says anything different, i dont liek sitting down and waiting not knowing and it bothers me.
I recognise i am being ridiculous to an extent, but i am fairly upset/agitated.
Any advice from anyone who knows what to do with this 'problematic part of the body' would be VERY much appreciated!
And again... Sorry about the whinge...

Once you get your body fat percentage low enough, you will see a change in your "fatty" areas. It might just be loose skin from your belly being stretched out so far. If that's the case, there is not much to be done. But, unless you carried multiples, that shouldn't really be a concern. The tummy area is largely based on diet. Keep doing weight training and eating well. All the compound exercises we do in crossfit will strengthen and harden those abs muscles. Be patient, and you will see results :)

    I can commiserate.

I hate my stomach. It is by far the area where I have the most fat deposits. I remember in my late teens when I was 4 sizes smaller than I am now I still didn't have a flat stomach. I have never and probably never will.

I haven't even had children, so it'll only get worse :(

If you're body is anything like mine, it may be the last to go. Not sure how long you've been doing crossfit-it's been the most effective way to for me to reduce body fat, increase strength and as a byproduct I'm seeing progress in my stomach area. Seems like you're on the right track-exercise patience and stick with it, falling on and off the wagon will only make it more difficult. You can do this!
