Hello

Hi, my name is Daniela i live in Cali, Colombia and i'm 17, this is actually the 3d time i try insanity thought the last times i never finished it but this time it wont be like that, i'm looking to improve myself mentally and phisically and push myself into achieving everything i want i'm currently in week 3 of insanity and i still struggle with getting trough the warm up, and most of the time i stop the video to get some air, my diet has been on and off trought the first weeks i had trouble with sugar and carb intake that often lead me to bingeing, i am trying to also do t-25 and 6 week 6 pack, but oh god it is hard, i'm still trying to find my balance.

    Hey! I'm also in week 3 and it is definitely a challenge! I feel so accomplished after each workout tho so it's worth it. I'm also going to do t25 at some point after insanity :) it looks pretty fun. Anyways keep pressing play!!!!

    just started insanity myself, day 4, but so far so good. T25 is great. I LOVE and recommend that one too. getting all the way through is such a great feeling.
