How to Handle Stress

Hi everyone!
58 days to go (who's counting) and I am definitely feeling the stress. Not all of it is wedding related (the wedding actually accounts for maybe 15% of my stress level), a lot of it is due to my fiance having a good job opportunity that could make us live in two different states to kick off our marriage, and the other part of the stress is that I have a good job opportunity with my company that would put us back in the same state--but it is just a lot!
Anyway, sorry for those long winded examples. I have really fallen off the wagon the last several weeks. I gained 5-7 pounds after I found my dress, and since then I have maintained that heavier weight. I have noticed that when I am stressed I tend to not focus on what I am putting in my mouth, or how much I am putting in my mouth and I just go overboard.
Does anyone have any tips for how they are handling the stress without it blocking their weight loss? Thanks a ton--and congratulations to everyone!!

Here's some things I do:
Workout when your stressed. It gets out the emotions in a healthy way and promotes weight loss. There are so many types of exercises depending on what type of stress you are feeling - if you need to run or bike it out, yoga/pilates, dance class, play sports, weight lifting. Lots to do.
Other things:
Meditation
Go for a long walk in your neighborhood with your fiancé and talk it all out.
Stretch
Watch something mindless and fun on TV or read a book
Make to-do lists to help you feel organized
Go get a massage
Listen to music
Take a long bath or shower
Go spend some time outside - go lay by the pool or go to the park
Take 10 deep breaths
Good luck!!0
