Actually, it's nothing about having a schitziod breakdown and wishing you looked like Brad Pitt.
It's actually a nice easy way to find the "secret" challenges that occasionally happen on Strava...
Things like the "Sufferlanjdrian National Day", "Shimano Summer Challenge" or the "BBC 6 Music Challenge"
Have a look on www.kom.club
If you sign-up and link your Strava, then they will also email you an alert when a new challenge kicks in.

Definite advantage to being female. I'm 21st with only 51 QOM's (89th overall). I need 9 more to move up to top 20. Club Century Ride planned for Saturday... 5000-6000 ft of climbing, and I'm betting more than a few hills are on Strava... Yeehaw, I love competition!0
