Okay, its all set and I am scheduled on Aug 26th for the Sleeve surgery. Lots and lots of thoughts flowing though my mind including mixed emotions ...

    Try to get to your local WLS support group. This will help you as you go thru the emotional turmoil that is perfectly natural. Focus on your health and being really nice to yourself

    Totally agree with Mangopickle. Go to your surgeon's support group. You'll meet people in all stages of the process. I'm a year out and still attend meetings twice a month. Best of luck to you!

    That's great! Exciting and scary all at once, but try and stay focused on the benefits like improved health and mobility! The support group ideas are also really good. So happy for you!
